Quotes and manufacturing review
Instant prices and dates are estimates until Troupe Technologies completes seller review. A quote becomes orderable only after configuration, manufacturability, pricing, file safety, delivery, and export-control checks are approved.
Customer responsibility
You confirm that submitted files are accurate, that you are authorized to share them, and that drawings, notes, specifications, and revision levels are complete. You must identify controlled technical data before upload and must not submit classified information.
Purchase orders and payment
Accepted payment methods, credit terms, taxes, freight, and cancellation rights are shown during order confirmation. Purchase orders are subject to credit approval and any written Troupe terms that accompany the approved quote.
Inspection and tolerances
Standard inspection applies unless the approved quote expressly includes first article inspection, certifications, traceability, or other documentation. Drawing requirements control when they conflict with selections made in the quote interface.
