How quote information is handled

Information collected
Account contact information, company and address details, CAD and drawing files, quote configurations, order records, and security or review status may be stored to prepare and fulfill your quote.
File access
Files are private to the customer account and authorized Troupe seller personnel. Uploaded files should remain quarantined until malware screening succeeds. Troupe will not use customer CAD to train public AI models.
Retention proposal
Unordered quote files should be deleted 90 days after archival. Manufacturing and order records may be retained for seven years for quality, tax, contractual, and traceability needs. Legal holds and customer agreements may require a different period.
Export-controlled data
This service is not approved for classified data. ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data requires a documented Troupe authorization decision, verified hosting and personnel controls, encryption, access logging, and an approved technology control plan before upload.
Your choices
Customers may request account correction, a copy of their records, or deletion where contractual, quality, tax, and legal obligations permit.
